Hiya! I'm Skeeter, a gamer, full time worker, and a commissions artist! I'm Filipino/Chinese American and speak English and Tagalog. I have an AS in cs, but the tech industry ain't hiring anymore :') Contrary to my display name, I'm a short woman.Comms earnings go to buying food, gas, and affording rent. Commissions & Use Terms of Service

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE, FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN A BLACKLIST AND/OR BLOCK

- Please understand that I do NOT do rush orders, and I do NOT do deadlines. Neither my schedule nor my work speed on commissions is consistent, but I will do my best to make progress at a good pace, and I will try to give updates on a reasonable basis.- Any random donations will not be refunded.- For Ko-Fi comms, purchase options are locked, and I will not unlock the purchase option UNTIL we have agreed on the commission. This is to prevent random orders being placed without me receiving prior notice.- I reserve the right to reject commission requests.- Please do NOT solicit me for favors outside of the commission or be awkward with me.- For Ko-Fi commissions or Ko-Fi shop items $70 USD or more, payment plans are an option. For VGen commissions or VGen shop items $30 or more, payment plans are an option. Please notify me if you wish to do a payment plan when costs are discussed.- I will NOT accept AI images as references- If you intend to use it for commercial purposes, PLEASE disclose that first before we go through with the commission. I will NOT draw licensed characters if the commission will be used commercially.- Commercial rights are not inherently included with any commission, unless it is stated in the description otherwise.- For character designs, while you own the oc, if you wish to use the model drawn for commercial use (that includes turning it into a vtuber / pngtuber model), it is a separate fee as an add-on. If you decide to use it commercially after the commission has already been completed, please notify me, and we will discuss payment.- Do NOT use any of my art - be it a commission or my own personal art - for commercial use without paying the commercial fee. If caught, I will request that the commercial fee be paid, either in full or in a payment plan. I will not allow you to use it commercially until the commercial fee is paid off. Failure to comply will result in a block, blacklist, a payment dispute, and/or in the worst case scenario, a potential public call out.- Do NOT resell any character designs / any adoptables purchased for a price HIGHER than the price you paid. You ALSO will need to have commercial rights and notify me beforehand.- For personal use (e.g. using the commission as your profile pic, banner, reposting it on your social media page, etc.), you MUST credit me with the handle @bigmanskeeter, unless I give you permission.- For skeb style commissions, I will have full artistic direction over the commission, but please inform me if you are not ok with any suggestive themes (swimwear/lingerie/etc).- Obviously, any commissions relating to two characters depicted romantically beyond holding hands or hugging, they must be at least canonically 18 years or older. No exceptions.- I reserve the right to post the finished commission on my Twitter/X, Blue Sky, Ko-Fi, or other social media platforms, unless requested not to- I reserve the right to stream working on the commission unless requested not to- You will get a bonus headshot doodle as a thank you for the first commission you place.- For OCs, please provide a reference image. Character design is a separate listing altogether, since it will involve more personalization and revisions than a regular commission.- Do NOT use my art for AI training or NFTs, or use any AI image manipulations on them

● Political/Geopolitical/Religious art
● Art containing bigotry/hate
● Countryhumans/Countryballs/Hetalia fanart (falls under countryhumans)
● Pet Portraits*
* Asking me for pet portrait comms is an instant block + blacklist
● Furry/Scalies (except for emotes)
● NSFW & Ahegao
● Lolibait/Shotabait
● Underaged characters doing extremely romantic/sexual acts
● Proships (problematic ships)
● Detailed backgrounds on headshots
● More than 1 character in a headshot piece
● More than 2 characters in an emote
● More than 4 characters in a single art piece on other comms
● Licensed/copyrighted characters for COMMERCIAL use, unless you have commercial rights/copyright ownership
● Xander x Charlotte (FE Fates) comms. You can't pay me enough to draw them together. Ever.
● No drawing in other people's art style■ ■ ■Commission Policy:Note: There is a possibility that I may have to impose a 6% sales tax on commissions in the future, due to my state's requirements. If so, I will make sure to notify beforehand.The payment must be made after we agree on the commission details in DMs.For commissions or shop items $70 or higher, payment plans are an option. We will discuss the payment installments and how it will be divied up. If you wish to proceed with a payment plan, a $10 down payment is required, plus a $2 commitment fee (both are non-refundable).Note, payment installments are done in either installments of 2 or 4. I will not provide the finalized piece until you can fully pay off the commission.I will proceed with the rough sketch (framework), which can take about 1-5 days. Once a rough sketch has been made, I will show you what I have, and you can request adjustments. No revisions for Skeb style. Once we have agreed on the sketch, I will proceed forth with working on your commission. Note, I work on commissions based primarily on who ordered first - sorted from the firstmost order, then work my way down from first to the most recent commission placed. I will still work on the non-priority comms in tandem, just not at the same rate as the comm first in the queue. You can keep up with the progress on my carrd.■ ■ ■REFUND POLICY
If you decide not to go through the commission past the sketch stage, then I will issue a refund. After that, any cancelations will only render a partial refund (50%). No refunds after the art is complete. No refunds for headshot sketches. If I decide to drop the project altogether, however, I will give a full refund.For payment plans, you will be required to make a $10 nonrefundable down payment and a $2 nonrefundable commitment fee. While you can cancel at any time, each payment installment that had already been made is nonrefundable.■ ■ ■ART USAGE POLICY● Under no circumstances will I approve AI training off my art. Ever.
● Tracing my PERSONAL art as an art study is OKAY, ONLY if you do not post it. Do NOT trace commissioned art, whatsoever.
● Do NOT put any of my art, commission or personal, on merchandise unless you have purchased commercial rights!
● You are free to use my PERSONAL art as reference, but if you heavily reference it, PLEASE credit me with the handle @bigmanskeeter
● Please do not use any commissioned art that you didn't commission from me for heavy references, thank you!
● You are free to repost my personal and commission art as long as credit is given with the handle @bigmanskeeter
● Profile pic usage requires credit - you can use my PERSONAL art, but not commissioned art that you did not commission from me. BANNER usage will require credit.
